At DoorStepTyres.com, we aim to provide high-quality products and reliable service. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, and replacements are processed.

2. Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch

  • Full refund will be processed to the original payment method

After Dispatch

  • Cancellation requests after dispatch may incur:

    • Delivery charges

    • Return logistics costs

  • Remaining amount will be refunded after deduction

 

 

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged product at the time of delivery

  • Order cancelled before dispatch

  • Product unavailable after order confirmation

All refund requests must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

 

 

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in cases of:

  • Tyres used after installation

  • Damage due to improper handling or usage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Incorrect tyre selection by the customer

 

 

5. Replacement Policy

  • Eligible products may be replaced instead of refunded

  • Replacement will be arranged after inspection and approval

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

 

 

6. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Amount will be credited via:

    • Original payment method (UPI, card, bank transfer)

    • Or bank transfer (if required)

 

 

7. Installation Charges

  • Installation/service charges are non-refundable once service is completed

  • If installation is not performed due to our issue, charges may be refunded

 

 

8. Failed Deliveries & Refusals

  • If the customer refuses delivery without valid reason:

    • Delivery and return charges may be deducted

  • Refund (if applicable) will be processed after deduction

 

 

9. Manufacturer Warranty

  • Tyres are covered under respective brand warranty policies

  • Manufacturing defects must be claimed directly with the manufacturer

  • DoorStepTyres will assist in the claim process if required

 

 

10. How to Request a Refund
